5 Actors Who Had To Struggle For Their Share Of Fame

They say acting is the field of strugglers and these actors have proven so. Before these actors became what we know them as today, they had to go through their own bit of struggle. It was their belief in their dream that did not let them give up.

1)Amitabh Bachchan - The legendary actor is the first actor worth mentioning in the list, the “angry young man” used to sleep on the benches of Marine Lines station in his struggling days. He had given 12 continuous flops and was leaving for Allahabad when he was signed for “Zanjeer”.

2)Shahrukh Khan - King Khan confessed that it was for money that he entered the industry as he feared poverty. He says he lost his best friend who was his father at a very early age and was pushed to limits when he came on the road. He says he always poverty meant failure and he was scared about failing in life.

3)Om Puri - The actor hailed from a middle low class family and at the age of 7 worked at a tea stall, Om had to fund his needs as his father used to lose his job every six months. He grew up doing odd jobs so as to pay the fees of his acting school.

4)Nawazuddin Siddiqui - Being a theatre actor, he just had one dream “TO BE AN ACTOR”, even after being rejected by many directors on the basis of his skin color and height he did not lose hope. The actor used to travel without ticket in trains and used to walk because he could not afford other public transports.

5)Anupam Kher - The actor has had his days of struggle too, with his fading looks he wasn't given any lead roles. The actor shared a room with other people because he did not have money to rent one on his own. He used his looks to his advantage and appeared as a father in his first film.
