Move over the commercial award shows that are criticized by fans of the stars who did not win any awards for being rigged, the 63rd National Film Awards are here! The event took place at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi last evening with finance minister Arun Jaitley addressing the function and President Pranab Mukherjee presenting the National Awards to the much-deserved stars and creative minds who work hard to make a film that gets appreciated by the critics and the audiences.
