7 Reasons Why We Think M. S. Dhoni Deserves To Be In Bollywood

You can love him or you can hate him, but he will always be on your mind. We are talking about Indian cricket skipper M. S. Dhoni who turns 34 today. The Captain Cool of India has won hearts as well as laurels and trophies. One of the best captains Indian cricket has ever seen is the man of the hour today and we think the man deserves more than his usual share of praises.

There is going to be a biopic made on his life and Sushant Singh Rajput will be playing Dhoni on celluloid. But what if Mr Dhoni himself gets a chance to be in Bollywood? Here are 7 reasons why we feel MSD deserves to be in Bollywood.

1. Videocon 'Brothers' Ad

The recently released ad of Videocon shows MSD sharing screen space with King Khan aka SRK where they play two lost brothers. Furthermore in the parody ad SRK plays the Indian cricket captain and Dhoni plays a superstar. We think he's done a good job at acting and certainly seems convincing in the role of a superstar.

2. The Pepsi Ad

This Ad had us in splits. Dhoni is seen wearing a lungi, sporting bushy eyebrows and with blingy gold jewellery that looks straight from Liberace's house of crap. This look of his is a complete eye sore but we think he actually pulled off his South Indian accent with ease and we won't be surprised if a southern film-maker approaches him for a meaty role.

3. Sonata Ad

Brands do love Dhoni in blingies and lungies and why won't they he looks pretty much in his element carrying that look. This ad again shows Dhoni in a lungi and doing ghati dance, except we don't know Tamil much, but nevertheless we still love him in his ghati avatar. He can certainly give Govinda a run for his money with his dance moves and colorful clothes.

4. His Trendy Hairstyles

You will never see Dhoni repeat his haircuts . From a rustic lad from Jharkhand to the country's trend setter, MSD is famous for his hairstyles. He's gone bald, sported salt n pepper locks and even dared to do a 'mohawk' a cut most men shy away from. Well knowing how 'cool' he is in different styles, he can surely look awesome on the big screen sporting yet another funky and quirky look.

5. His Smile

m s dhoni smile

He has turned 34 and has got a few grey hair, but MSD has that one killer smile. Maa kasam it kills!!! And to see him flash his pearlies on the big screen would be a dream come true. He has the looks, the style and the body to be a superstar! Aur kya chahiye?

6. Calm Demeanour

m s dhoni calm demeanour

He's cool as his namesake 'Captain Cool'. Dhoni maintains sheer calmness even in crunch situations and does not let his emotions get the better off him. He may not be able to play an angry young man in movies but he can certainly pull off roles where the hero needs to show courage and calmness even while he is about to be devoured by a pack of wolves.

7. Sense Of Humour

MSD's press conferences are worth attending as his one liners and quotes have won million hearts. He is also known to be funny vocally whilst he is behind the stumps keeping wickets for India. We honestly can't wait to see him act and utter some totally sarcastic and punny one liners.
