BABY- First Big Hit of 2015?

BABY- First Big Hit of 2015?

The much-anticipated releases of this year 'Tevar' and 'Alone' failed to strike a chord with the audience and ended up being box-office failures. With all eyes set on Akshay Kumar's next 'BABY', we are wondering if the movie is going to be the first big hit of 2015. And if that happens, it might just break the jinx that the movies that release in the month of January are always flops and are low on content.

So let us look at the top 5 reasons why BABY would end up being the first big hit of 2015.

1. Akshay Kumar:

akshay kumar

He is the only actor who has been giving a tough competition to the three Khans in the market. And every time Akshay steps out of his comfort zone and does a serious role, he is appreciated by all. And this time, though Akshay once again slips into a serious role, he would be seen doing heavy-duty action scenes retaining his image of an action hero. Certainly, a treat for all Akshay fans!

If his recent experiments with roles in 'Special 26', 'Patiala House' and 'Holiday' earned him more fans, we are sure they are gonna get bigger with this one!

The movie had been trending by Akki fans on Twitter for almost two weeks to request the release of the movie's trailer! Such is the hype around the movie!

2. Neeraj Pandey:

neeraj pandey

Neeraj Pandey is one director who has always managed to deliver movies that are class-apart. His movies are technically brilliant and despite having a serious issue as the theme of the movie, he manages to make the movie interesting and keeps the audiences glued to their seats till the very end of the movie.

We are very sure you have 'A Wednesday' and 'Special 26' in your list of favorite films! Maybe, 'BABY' might just be the newest entry into that list.

Plus, very few directors in Bollywood today make a movie that can be seen with the entire family.

3. Trio of Akshay Kumar- Neeraj Pandey- Anupam Kher:

special 26

The combo of Neeraj Pandey and Anupam Kher had done wonders in 'A Wednesday'. The two came together again along with Akshay Kumar in 'Special 26' and made the movie a memorable one once again. Neeraj Pandey has always made sure his actors do not play the same kind of characters and maintain their on-screen chemistry. With 'BABY', we are sure this trio is going to give us another mesmerizing movie.

4. Terrorism:

terrorism

Name a few countries that come to your mind when you hear the word 'Terrorism'. Well, the makers and the cast claim that the movie does not target any specific country or try to pull any country down but just focuses on Terrorism and a master-mind (played by Rashid Naaz) behind the terrorist activities.

5. High-voltage Action-Thriller:

high voltage

The movie promises to be high on action and thriller. Given an Akshay Kumar movie, we are sure it would not fall short of action scenes.

6. Brilliant Cast:

brilliant cast

Kay Kay Menon, Sushant Singh, Danny Denzongpa, Rana Daggubati and Tapsee Pannu. Need we say more? A bunch of talented actors who specialize in serious roles have come together for this movie!

With so much to offer and Akki's stardom, we have the feeling that this movie is going to be a big hit! So book your tickets! And do write us your reviews about the movie.
