Haider- What you should expect

Haider- What you should expect

'Haider' has revealed 3 versions of its movie posters along with its trailer and we must say it took us by surprise. A lot was said about Shahid Kapoor sporting a new look in this film; the unveiling of posters and the trailer do complete justice to this hype. Apart from his new look; we did take notice that just 2 odd minutes of the trailer is enough to pull you to the cinema halls just to watch him act, and boy he can!

One of the posters has Shahid holding a gun in one hand and a stone in the other. His expression in this poster reads REVENGE out loud.

The other poster shows a bloody-faced Shahid, while the final poster has him holding up a skull. The posters definitely give strong hints of a dark revengeful tale.

This film is said to be Vishal Bhardwaj's third adaptation film inspired by Shakespeare's works, the first two being 'Maqbool' and 'Omkara'. It looks like the adaptation of Hamlet has many surprises in store for us.

The trailer that gives a revengeful vibe from the beginning ends on an unexpected note. We do see glimpses of Shraddha Kapoor and Tabu scattered in between, but Shahid steals the show.

Did the posters and trailer manage to surprise you? Feel free to leave replies in the comments section below.
