Happy Birthday Mr. Cool: 7 Times Ranveer Singh Nailed It

Call him aggressive, call him over-energetic or call him the new play-boy of B-town. Fact remains, that Ranveer Singh is undoubtedly one of the finest new talents of our country who performs with tremendous energy, passion and dedication. Be it dancing, acting or kissing his on-screen lady love, the guy does it all with excellence.

Today, on his 30th birthday, let us have a look at the seven times he completely nailed it.

1. Band Bajaa Baraat:

ranveer singh band bajaa baraat

The very first actor to make a debut with YRF! A big achievement in itself. Ranveer completely rocked it in his debut film. The ease with which he performed and the energy with which he danced made him a star overnight. And who can forget the trademark step of “Ainvayi Ainvayi”!

2. Goliyon Ki Rasleela- Ram Leela:

In an era where actors prefer having a clean-shaven chocolaty boy look, Ranveer played the perfect chocolate boy with rugged looks. He surely needs to be complimented for bringing back the beard and moustache in fashion. The intensity of his performance and his sizzling chemistry with the gorgeous Deepika Padukone won hearts. He completely got into the skin of the character.

And yes, we still cannot get over his trademark step from “Tattad Tattad”.

3. Do The Rex:

We see actors endorsing products every now and then. But then we have Ranveer Singh, who loves going out of the box and being unique with his crazy attitude.

Ranveer Singh endorses Durex condoms and also, shot for an amazing ad-song as a part of the promotion raising the awareness about using a condom. The song and Ranveer’s dance moves became an instant hit.

4. Hrithik’s #BangBangDare:

While Hrithik Roshan was busy giving Bang Bang dares to all his friends from the internet, no one expected what Ranveer would end up doing. Hrithik asked Ranveer to get out of his car and pose in the middle of the road and pose for his fans.

What Ranveer did was unimaginable and way too amazing- he wore Hrithik’s ‘Krrish’ attire and danced on ‘Main Aisa Kyu Hu’ performing all of Hrithik’s iconic steps. Trust us, HE COMPLETELY NAILED IT!

5. Bromance with Arjun Kapoor:

ranveer singh bromance

We have seen loads of bromances on-screen, but we have even seen the same two people have different and not-so-crackling chemistry off-screen! But here is one Jodi that has been able to entertain us and bring back the era of bromance off-screen! Ranveer and Arjun Kapoor have, time and again, proved that box-office competition does not stop the two of them from showing their love for each other before the cameras and on Twitter and Instagram!

6. AIB Roast:

ranveer singh aib roast

You may call him “publicity-seeker” or anything you may like, but going up on stage and getting roasted regarding your personal and professional image by a bunch of funny-men surely takes huge courage; and undoubtedly the Roast was one of the most hilarious videos by the country’s film fraternity members and made everyone laugh!

7. Fashion Sense:

ranveer singh fashion sense

He is not Govinda, but he too has managed to set a trend for himself when it comes to fashion sense! Cool as a cucumber, the actor does not care about what others would think, and dresses up the way he wants! No matter how funny or weird his clothes are, the man surely knows how to carry off the look with style, machoism and tons of cool-attitude!

Be it his intense and serious performance in ‘Lootera’, his ‘My Name Is Ranveer Ching’ song for Ching’s advertisement, or the way he handles media questions regarding his relationship with actress Deepika Paduckone, Ranveer has emerged as the out-and-out entertainer in just 4 years of being in the industry!

We wish the lively actor keeps entertaining us for many more years to come.

Happy Birthday Ranveer!
