Independence Day Special: These 5 Patriotic Dialogues Are A Must Watch For Every Indian

"Hum Iss Desh Ke Waasi Hain, Jahaan Roz Hi Danga Rehta Hai.

Jahaan Roz Roz Akhbaaron Mein...Scammon Ka Panga Rehta Hai.

Jahaan Aam Aadmi Sadkon Par, Aadha Sa Nanga Rehta Hai.

Iss Haal Mein Bhi, Iss Daur Mein Bhi...

Har Dil Mein Tiranga Rehta Hai..."

It's been 69 years since ex- Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru said " At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom."

A lot has changed since the past 69 years. From communication to thinking patterns. From clothes to the way we get entertained. But one thing that hasn't changed is the patriotism within our hearts, that gets passed on from one generation to another!

We may not have taken part in the freedom struggle, but even we call India our "maa" and fight for it whenever needed...be it coming down on the roads with candles to fighting on social networking sites. Itne patriotic hain ki aaj bhi jab koi actor India se related dialogue bolta hai....we stand up, clap and whistle out loud!

Yes..From being the country ruled by British to being the country that has been taking over in every field, we have come a long way. And one such field is Cinema. Yes, we are proud of how our movies have shaped up over the years. So let us have a look at those patriotic dialogues of Hindi Cinema that make us even more proud of our country and inspire us...

1. Akshay Kumar in Namaste London:

Next time a foreigner questions what is so great about India? Make sure you mug this up and show him where we stand!

2. Shah Rukh Khan in Chak De! India:

Yes, we are tired of hearing about how divided we are because of our different mother-tongues and states...humein bhi sirf ek mulk ka naam sunna hai- INDIA.

3. Sunny Deol in Gadar- Ek Prem Katha:

No shame in accepting other nations are great...but hey! Humara Hindustan Zindabad Tha, Zindabad Hai Aur Zindabad Rahega!

4. Naseeruddin Shah in A Wednesday:

Indeed! We might be the simple common men of this country...but if someone tries to harm our country...here is what we can do and we will do!

5. Akshay Kumar in BABY:

Be proud of being a HINDUSTANI every time you fill a form!

Yes we agree we aren't perfect....but koi bhi desh perfect nahi hota...usey perfect banana padta hai.

So let's take a pledge to make our country a better place for ourselves and for the coming generations. Also, a big salute to our soldiers who are at the border right now in turbulent conditions protecting the country while you sit at home and read this.

Fall in love a bit more with India with this song-

Jai Hind.
