Bollywood's exotic actress Priyanka Chopra, who won critical and commercial acclaim for her performance in 'Mary Kom', is currently busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani' and Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Madamji'.
While PeeCee had termed 'Mary Kom' as her toughest role as an actress, she recently admitted in an interview that 'Bajirao Mastani' has been testing her as an actor.
Probe her which one has been more difficult and she reveals, “'Mary Kom' was difficult in a different kind. It was physically exhausting, emotionally difficult and I was scared paying MC Mary Kom. 'Bajirao Mastani' is a different kind of difficulty level. It is a heart breaking character. Every time I say those lines, I get emotional.â€
She clarifies further, “Plus it is a 500 year-old subject, so the language, dressing, body language is different. This is my first period film. That is extremely exhausting. But more than that, it is emotionally depleting a film. It is difficult on another level.â€
