We don't know whether it's “biwi bachchon ka sawaal†or just an attempt to get the lost/never achieved stardom! But we appreciate their efforts to make a good comeback after a gap. Here's presenting to you those actors who made a comeback this year. Without caring about what the box-office results of their comeback films were, these actors managed to bring a smile back on their faces. So we bring to you those faces we got to see on the big-screen after a long time.
1. Sunny Deol:
Sunny Deol made a comeback as a secret character in the dud 'Dishikyaoon'. We loved his rough act and his Haryanvi-accent. Unfortunately, we don't feel the same about the movie!
2. Harman Baweja:
This lad too tried making a comeback playing the rough lead guy in 'Dishikyaaon'. Though we liked his performance, it seems like he needs to wait till 2050 to make a great comeback or get his rashee's checked.
3. Madhuri Dixit:
After a flop comeback in 2007 with 'Aaja Nachle', Madhuri tried her hand at making a comeback again this year with two flops 'Dedh Ishqiya' and 'Gulaab Gang'.
4. Deepak Tijori:
The once-upon-a-time heartthrob of Bollywood made his comeback with the average 'Raja Natwarlal' playing Emraan Hashmi's mentor. It was a delight to see him on-screen in such a positive role. Though we wish, he had more screen time!
Undoubtedly the most amazing comeback this year! We do not blame him for the short screen time in 'Kill Dil' as his performance as the villain was convincing. But then, he just won everyone's heart again with his charismatic and comic performance in 'Happy Ending'. Wish we get to see more of him next year too without waiting for another comeback vehicle.
6. Rani Mukherjee:
When you the 'Chopra' power, you get to make a third comeback after previous debacles. Fortunately, for Rani, 'Mardaani' was just not another comeback but a powerful one!
We hope we get to see these stars get their share of stardom and fame as long as they do not give us a headache- the most common reason why some stars go on a self-confessed break because they “couldn't find the right script.â€(Means: I wasn't being offered a movie!) *winks*
