Star cast- Richa Chadda, Nikhil Dwivedi
Director- Navneet Behal
Claps for: A refreshing concept
Slaps for: A few parts in the beginning
Popcorn refill: In the interval
Story: This is the love story of two gangsters and how they take risks just to stick together. Munna (Nikhil Dwivedi) and Babu (Richa Chaddha) get though many dangerous situations just to have a few moments of love together.
Performances: Richa Chaddha who has played a similar role before was wonderful as 'Babu'. She portrayed the required role with perfection. Nikhil Dwivedi was a natural on screen. He looked very comfortable playing the role of 'Munna'. Both Richa and Nikhil did their best to keep us hooked on to the story through their performance and succeeded. Damandeep Singh was decent in his performance as the villain.
Direction: Navneet Behal was spot on with striking a perfect balance between gangster action and filmy romance. He remains successful in building up the story as the plot gets interesting with every twist in along the film. Special Claps for the ending sequence; completely unexpected and far from predictable. There was never a part in the film where you felt that action overpowered romance and vice versa. A commendable effort indeed!
Combo on offer: This film offers you the following combo-
Gangster action + Romance + Good performances = Give it a try
Final verdict: We give this film Claps for surprising us with its concept; hadn't seen this coming..
