Tigmanshu Dhulia started his career as a casting director on films like 'Bandit Queen'. After directing several television shows, he turned towards film direction and made his debut with 'Haasil' in 2003, a love story set among politicised students in northern India. He went on to make films like 'Charas', 'Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster', 'Paan Singh Tomar', 'Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns' and 'Revolver Rani'. Dhulia even showcased his acting prowess in movies like 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' I & II, 'Shahid', 'Maanjhi: The Mountain Man', 'Hero' and others.
