Ajay Devgn to attend an international film festival for the first time!

Ajay Devgn's first international production 'Parched' directed by Leena Yadav has been selected for the 'Special Presentations' section at the Toronto Film Festival which starts from September 10.

The 'Singham' actor will be attending an international film festival for the first time to showcase his film to the world. 'Parched' starring Surveen Chawla, Radhika Apte, Tannishtha Chatterjee and Adil Hussain is a story about four ordinary women in a rural Indian village who throw off the traditions which shackled them in servitude for all these years.

Ajay was quoted saying to a leading daily, "Usually I stay away from the glitz and madness of film awards and events. But I am excited to attend TIFF because it celebrates world cinema. That's where the best of the world's talent meet, greet and appreciate each other."

'Parched' will be screened alongside Hollywood biggies like Johnny Depp's 'Black Mass', Nichole Kidman's 'The Family Fang' and Mark Ruffalo's 'Spotlight'. The actor will be flying off for Toronto on September 10.
