Ajay Devgn to direct 'Sons Of Sardaar'?
After the critically acclaimed 'Drishyam' Ajay Devgn has a lot of projects in the pipeline. One of them is 'Sons Of Sardaar' which is said to be based on the true story of 'Sikhs of Saragarhi'.

The latest buzz is that Ajay may direct this film. A report in DNA quoted a source as saying, "Ashwni Dhir was to direct the film. Then Ajay realised it would become an extremely costly project. He then roped in 'Ship Of Theseus' director, Anand Gandhi to direct the film. After that, he changed his mind and decided to helm it himself. He wants to shoot SOS on an international scale — budget and technology-wise. He is very excited about bringing the Battle of Saragarhi to life and Ajay will, in all probability, play the leader of the Sikh Regiment, Havildar Ishar Singh.”

The actor will start shooting for his directorial venture 'Shivaay' in Bulgaria in January. He also has Milan Luthria's 'Baadshaho'.
