Jason Sthatham's 'The Transporter' franchise has a huge fan-base in India. The latest instalment of the action-thriller with a new young cast including Ed Skrein (Game Of Thrones fame), Ray Stevenson and Loan Chabanol is all set to hit the big screens this Friday.
A Mumbai Mirror report suggests that the makers are officially planning a Hindi remake of part 4. Though no names are being divulged but buzz is that an A-list director will helm the project. The report further quoted the official spokesperson from the production house saying, "We are actively looking at an Indian adaptation of this highly popular franchise and scouting for A-grade action talent like Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar or Varun Dhawan for the Hindi film."
