In a recent interview with a leading daily, Akshay Kumar said that he is really not interested in being a part of films that belong to the 100-200 crore club. The actor has remained successful with recent films like 'Entertainment' and 'Holiday'. He says that he is happy to do four films a year and doesn't want to push too hard to feature in films that break records at the box-office.
The superstar goes on to say that he looks for roles that give him creative satisfaction and bring out the best of his talent. He has managed to pull of roles with elements of action, romance and drama with ease and by his thoughts we should expect more variety from his performances that never fail to entertain.
Akshay played a different version of himself in the latest release 'The Shaukeens'. This film directed by Abhishek Sharma showcased him as an alcoholic superstar that is working hard towards winning a national award for acting. Interestingly, in the film too Akshay's character wants to get away from 100 crore club films.
