Troubles don’t seem to come to an end for the team of ‘31st October’. The film, which stars Vir Das and Soha Ali Khan in leading roles, was originally slated to release last year on 30th October. However, the release date got postponed due to censor problems.
After making the necessary changes, the film got an approval from the Censor Board and was then slated to hit the big screens this week on 7th October, 2016.
However, a recent PIL filed against the movie in Delhi High Court has once again led to shifting the release date of the film.
The Shivaji Lotal Patil directorial will now be hitting the big screens on 21st October, 2016.
‘31st October’ revolves around a Sikh family that got trapped in their house when the city was ripped apart by anti-Sikh riots in 1984 following the assassination of Late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
