Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is a big name not only in the Indian film industry but internationally as well. The actor, who was present at the trailer launch of Vidhu Vinod Chopra's first Hollywood film ‘Broken Horses’, asserted that given a choice, he would choose doing an Indian film over a Hollywood movie.
"If ever, I am given a choice to either work with Hollywood film or and Indian film, I will choose the latter," proclaimed Big B when told about the potential threat to Indian cinema, what with talented actors aiming to reach out to Hollywood.
Interestingly, a larger number of actors, producers and directors give preference to Hollywood films, putting Indian cinema at a backseat. Ask Aamir if he feels this as a threat to our film industry and he says, "I don’t think so. I will tell you my thinking. My relationship with my country and its people is very deep and it is not going to break. I personally do not like going out (away from Indian films) and working. Even though I get a brilliant script and I agree to do it, emotionally I belong to India. So you will not have any threat from me at least in these terms."

Adds ‘Broken Horses’ director Vidhu Vinod Chopra, "We are working towards Hollywood films so that our Country's name reaches there and people appreciate our Country and our work. But settling there is not an option."
