For the 4th consecutive year, The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne that celebrates Indian cinema internationally is all set to take place in Melbourne this August. With the core theme of the festival being equality, it is being endorsed by the talented Vidya Balan. This time many talented actors and directors will be a part of this celebration in Melbourne and one of them is Anil Kapoor.

The actor turned producer will be flying down to the city for not just attending but also hoisting the prestigious Indian National Flag on 15th August. Anil is very thrilled and excited on representing his country. He says it’s a moment of pride and honor for him. It is being said that Anil’s movie ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ is getting screened at the festival and that his iconic film ‘Mr. India’ is a part of the master stroke section of the festival.

Apart from these films, restored classics of Satyajit Ray like ‘Charulata’ and ‘Nayak’, and even Paul Cox's documentaries on India will be screened at the film festival.
