If reports are to be believed, veteran singer Asha Bhosle will soon have her autobiography penned. The singer, who is now 80, is getting ready to engage a professor from a foreign country to gather all her thoughts and channelize them to make a good book out of them. Asha Tai, as she is fondly and respectfully called by everyone, seems to be writing a diary since a few months now in which she is penning down her experiences. Since the thoughts are random, and hence so is the writing, this prof, who is fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English languages, will take over to give them shape. Singer sisters Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle were told to be professional rivals during their heyday. Whether the latter will carry all this and more and how much controversial the book will be, only time will tell.
