Sriram Raghavan's noir drama has been doing quite well at the domestic box office. The movie gained around 3 crores on Wednesday, which is decent for a weekday. The movie started off with a bang at the box office for a dark, 'A' rated thriller and garnered around 34 crores so far.
its collections on Sunday during the India-South Africa World Cup match was also largely unaffected, which is very surprising. The movie has been appreciated for its content and terrific acting performances from the cast, specially Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Varun Dhawan and Huma Qureshi.
The second week collections are expected to be decent enough considering the positive word-of-mouth and it remains to be seen whether the films acquires 'Cult' status.
