The Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif starrer has stormed to Rs. 300 cr worldwide collections at the box office. The movie, which is an official remake of the Hollywood action flick 'Knight and Day' starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, had one of the widest releases in recent times and certainly seems to have left its mark on the box office.
The movie has collected around 168 crore in Indian theatres and although collections have slowed down recently, it still seems to be raking in numbers. It has overtaken the Salman Khan starrer 'Kick' in terms of collections and has last year's romcom 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' in its sights. The Ranbir-Deepika starrer had collections of around 187 crores.
With Bang Bang wooing Indian audiences abroad too, the worldwide collections has zoomed past the 300 crore mark, putting Hrithik firmly in the league of the three big crowd pullers of Bollywood- The three 'Khans' i.e. Aamir, Salman and Shahrukh!
Also, the collections of the film are supposed to go on for few more days till the much hyped release of Diwali- the multi-starrer 'Happy New Year' hits the cinemas.
