Rajkumar Rao's scruffy look in his upcoming film has garnered a lot of attention. The actor says that donning different avatars for one film was an 'interesting experience' for him.
Rajkumar will be seen walking through different stages of life in Mohit Suri's 'Hamari Adhuri Kahani' for which he has segued through different looks.
In the film, he plays Hari, the obsessed husband of Vasudha (Vidya Balan). His character believes his wife is his property and adopts violent methods to make her obey his orders.
From a clean shaven young guy to a look with long untidy hair to an older character’s look he says that he handled the transformations with ease.
“As actors, we get to sport different looks in our films. But this was the first time I had the opportunity to carry multiple looks in one film. It was an interesting experience,” Rajkumar said in a statement.
He will also be seen flaunting a salt and pepper look in the film.
'Hamari Adhuri Kahaani' is loosely inspired by Mahesh Bhatt's Nanabhai Bhatt, Shirin Mohammad Ali and his stepmother. Produced by Vishesh Films and presented by Fox Star Studios, it is slated to release on June 12th 2015.
