Vikas Bahl's last outing 'Shaandaar' starring Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt failed to do well at the box office. But now it looks like the director has moved on and is all geared up to begin his next project.
While there were many rumours about him helming the 'Andaz Apna Apna' sequel to a film with Amitabh Bachchan and Kangana Ranaut, we finally have it that it's a biopic next for Vikas Bahl.
The director is all set to helm a biopic on Anand Kumar who hails from Bihar and tops the list as a youth icon in India. Kumar is best known for his Super 30 programme, which is also the title of the film. He coaches economically backward students for the IIT entrance exam, for free. And most of his students have a track record of cracking the exam.
Vikas even visited Patna with his team recently for this film. We further hear that the team at Phantom is keeping everything under wraps and will soon be announcing the film in a big way.
