Apart from Baahubali and Katappa if there is any other character that struck a chord with the audience in 'Baahubali', then that has to be the fiery antagonist, Baahubali's evil stepbrother played by Rana Daggubati.
While the film's sequel to set to hit the big screens next year, we hear that Rana is already beefing up and has been training for over two and a half months every day for it. Talking about it to Mumbai Mirror, he stated, "I've been shuttling between cardio and weight training." The actor has wrapped up the action sequences for the film.
He further added, "The older Bhallala is stronger and more beefy so I weighed around 108 110 kg for those portions of both the films while his younger version is strong too but leaner so I lost a few kilos for that. My weight has dropped to 92-93 kgs."
He has been living high on carbs, proteins and oil free food. He talked about his diet chart saying, "I eat every two-and-a-half hours and there's a nutritionist present around the clock. He conducts regular check-ups to ensure that we are on the right track."
Meanwhile the film's first look will be unveiled on 22nd October 2016.
