A while ago, there were speculations that filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh is all geared up for his next project and wants to have Deepika Padukone in the leading role. These rumours were born out of the incident when the director landed on the sets of 'Piku' starring Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. Saif Ali Khan is set to be a part of this project and it was assumed that the Deepika-Saif hit Jodi will be back on-screen. However, these rumours have been rubbished as he states that Deepika wasn't even considered for the film.
He confirms that Srilankan beauty Jacqueline will be a part of this film. Jacqueline confirms these reports but refuses to give any further details as some official paper work is yet to be done. Jacqueline last worked with the filmmaker in 2009 with the film 'Aladin' which marked her debut in Bollywood.
Jacqueline was last seen starring opposite Salman in the commercial success 'Kick' and will soon be seen in 'Roy' which is scheduled for release on the 13th of February next year. Besides Bollywood, the actress also has a Hollywood project 'Definition of Fear' in hand. Going at this rate, it seems like Jacqueline's acting career is definitely making progress.
