Emraan Hashmi may have earned the tag of a serial kisser in Bollywood owing to the innumerable smooches in his movies, but when it comes to making his debut production the actor believes in exploring content-driven subjects.
Reportedly the 'Azhar' actor is turning producer with an intense true-life drama set against the backdrop of the army. Since the film is currently under the scripting stages Emraan refused to divulge any details about the star cast. However the film's director Tony D'Souza was quoted saying to Mumbai Mirror, "Yes, it is based around certain real events which happened during the Kargil war. We will be shooting in Kashmir, Leh, Ladakh, the Indo-Pak border, Delhi, Hyderabad and London. We start around December-January with the snow portions."
Further Emraan added, "Tony is a good filmmaker, technically sound and given a good story, can do wonders. I think he will handle a subject like this well. He's not rigid and though the final call is his, he is open to suggestions and includes everyone in discussions."
The actor will be next seen in 'Raaz Reboot' which also stars Gaurav Arora and marks the Bollywood debut of Kriti Kharbanda.
