The final schedule of Raja Krishna Menon's 'Airlift' featuring Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur has hit the shooting floors in Rajasthan.
Producer Nikhil Advani took to his Twitter handle to share few snaps. One of them was of the teaser shoot where you can see Akshay sitting on the table thinking about something with a laptop in front of him.
Earlier the cast had wrapped up the first schedule in March in Ras-Al-Khaimah. Since the film is set a decade ago, they shot in its old streets, which looks exactly like Kuwait and Baghdad during 1990s.
'Airlift' is an edge-of-the-seat thriller based on a real incident, which occurred in Kuwait in the 1990s, during the time of Gulf War. An Indian businessman, Ranjit Katyal, helped in evaculating 1,70,000 Indians, safely, back to their home country at the time of crisis.
The film is slated to release next year.
