While the ‘Om Shanti Om’ vs ‘Saawariya’ clash back in 2007 had created a rift between Shah Rukh Khan and his ‘Devdas’ director Sanjay Leela Bhansali; it seems that their next clash would hardly be making any difference to the two of them personally.
While SRK has always maintained that he wants both the movies to make profit and do well, the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ director has finally come out in the open and spoke about his clash with ‘Dilwale’ too.
In an interview to a leading newspaper, here’s what he spoke about the clash- “They are two different films and I wish both to do well. Shah Rukh is a dear friend, I’m in touch with him more than any other actor. I know the intention is not to compete with or destroy us. This is no election campaign.”
Well, looks like Aal Iz Well between the superstar and the director, but we yet don’t know whether the rumours about the fallout between SRK and Deepika Padukone hold any truth!
Both ‘Dilwale’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’ release on 18th December, 2015; with the former starring SRK, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in the lead and the latter starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.
