Mr X sets out to save the world

Mr X sets out to save the world

Bollywood has given birth to several larger-than-life heroes. Be it Amitabh Bachchan as 'Shahenshah' or Anil Kapoor as 'Mr India'. The latest entrant to this bandwagon is 'Mr X' starring Emraan Hashmi. In the film, Emraan plays the role of a cop, who turns into an invisible man and takes the law in his hand only to protect it. His power of invisibility helps him to not only save his life from the menacing villains who look forward to see him dead, but he also uses his power to help people and save the day by eradicating people who misuse their powers.

Mahesh Bhatt says, "Emraan's character is dynamic. He is uncontrolled but finds a lot of responsibility when he discovers how he can channelise his power for the greater good. He chooses to use his powers to save the day than using his invisibility for evil, menacing needs. He takes the law in his hand but is truly incorruptible. Mr X is a family entertainer in 3D and his invisibility in 3D is the biggest larger-than-life experience that the audiences will have. Invisibility is a very cool power to have and audiences have always had a fascination for larger-than-life heroes and we are excited to see the response from them for Mr X in 3D."

The film has everything that an Emraan Hashmi blockbuster would have - great songs, a sizzling new pairing and of course, the serial kisser is doing what he does best but this time when invisible!

Mr X, produced by Vishesh Films and presented by Fox Star Studios, hits the theatrical screens in 2D and 3D on April 17th.
