Not A. R. Rahman, but Pritam for Imtiaz Ali’s next starring Shah Rukh Khan!
After witnessing the magic of Shah Rukh Khan + A. R. Rahman + Mani Ratnam in ‘Dil Se…’ and Shah Rukh Khan + A. R. Rahman + Yash Chopra in ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’; the saga of ‘King Khan + Music Maestro + Visionary Director’ would have completed a trilogy had Imtiaz Ali roped in A. R. Rahman for his upcoming directorial venture that stars the superstar in the lead.

However, reports suggest that the director has roped in Pritam for his next! Pritam used to be the first choice for Imtiaz for his films, be it ‘Jab We Met’ or ‘Love Aaj Kal’, before collaborating with Rahman for all his next ventures. Looks like the old jodi would come back with a musical bang!

However, let’s just hope that the collaboration of SRK and Pritam once again does not result in yet another ‘Billu Barber’ or ‘Dilwale’ in terms of box office destiny (though we are sure with Imtiaz on-board, the art of storytelling would never get compromised for collections!).
