Umesh Shukla who bagged a National Award for 'OMG: Oh My God' will now be collaborating for a film with superstar Amitabh Bachchan. The film which has been titled '102 Not Out' also stars Paresh Rawal and will go on floors by the year end.
The director was quoted as saying, "The shooting of '102 Not Out' will begin in November or December. The first draft of the story has been made. '102 Not Out' will be a family drama. It will be a satire, and will mainly be shot in Mumbai only. Amitabh sir has a TV commitment in between. First he will finish shooting for that. Then we will start shooting for '102 Not Out'. There is no release date for the film as of now, but we are looking to release it in April next year during the vacations."
Further sharing details about the story of the film, Shukla further added, “It's a very different film. Amitabh sir will be playing a 102-year-old man, who wants to break the record of world's oldest man living on earth. Paresh will be seen as Amitabh's son in the film. One of them has a positive attitude towards life, but the other one doesn't want to live. The film is a humorous take on their lives.”
Wow, this looks like an interesting tale!
