Choreographer-director Remo D'Souza says that there is an influx of new dance forms in films due to the dance-based reality TV shows.
Remo started his journey on TV as a mentor on a dance reality show in 2009. Now he feels that after that show the scenario of dancing changed in India. People became more educated about dance and came to know the various dance forms. This also brought about a change in B-town's dancing style.
Further he adds that initially we only had a few western styles like break dance and hip-hop. But now there are actors who perform krumping and contemporary styles too in their films.
