REWIND: We Bet You Haven't Seen This Intense Act Of Ranbir Kapoor From His Short Film
Ranbir Kapoor made a starry Bollywood debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Saawariya' along with Sonam Kapoor in 2007. Though the film tanked at the box office the young lad went on to give some of his best performances in his later films making him one of the most sought-after actor in Bollywood.

However do you know that long before 'Saawariya' Ranbir had acted in a short film called 'India 1964'?

Here's a short clip from the movie-



'India 1984' revolves around Capital Punishment in India and is about a jailer who has to face the dilemma of performing the execution of his own son.

The Short Film was directed by Ranbir's friend Abhay Chopra and was nominated for Student Oscars.

You just can't simply deny that Ranbir was such a fine actor even back then. Meanwhile he will be next seen in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and 'Jagga Jasoos'.
