National award winning director Ravi Jadhav who has churned several successful Marathi films like 'Natrang', 'Balak Palak' and 'Timepass' is all set to make his directorial debut in B-town with Eros International's 'Baanjo'.
Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri have been roped for this musical drama whose story reflects an essence of the Marathi culture. Producer Krishika Lulla confirmed this news and as per a Mumbai Mirror report was quoted saying, "I'm happy Riteish and Nargis have come on board. I wanted actors who would fall in love with the subject and give their all. It's an apt part for Nargis who plays a girl from abroad who is visiting India. We will be organising some workshops closer to the time they begin shooting."
'Baanjo' is expected to hit the shooting floors by the year end or the beginning of 2016.
