Emraan Hashmi will be seen playing the role of former Indian skipper Mohammad Azharuddin in Tony D' Souza's 'Azhar'.
We hear that Emraan quite seamlessly fitted into his role. Tony who is currently busy with the pre-production of the film was quoted saying to Mumbai Mirror, "Emraan has worked hard to get the body language right which included keenly observing the way Azhar speaks, walks, even the way he holds his fork and knife while eating. As part of his prep, he even shadowed the cricketer at least for a month."
We came across a picture of both the Azhars from one of the film's previous schedules in England in which their body language appears strikingly similar. Talking about it Tony further adds, "It was shot in a county where Azhar used to play at the peak of his career in London. He was initially on the sets to guide us through it."
The biopic is slated to hit the silver screens on 13th May 2016. Currently Emraan is busy shooting for Vikram Bhatt's 'Raaz Reboot'.
