Sidharth Malhotra takes an ice bath every morning for 'Brothers'

The 'Ek Villain' actor Sidharth Malhotra is all geared up for his upcoming film titled brothers. In this film he will be seen essaying the role of a fighter because of which he needed to alter his physique accordingly. With intense workout sessions and rigorous training, Siddharth has dedicated himself to look perfect for his role in the film.

Because of this, the actor has to take a bath every morning with ice cold water every morning, this helps in repairing the muscles after a heavy workout. Dipping himself in ice water for at least 8-10 minutes, the hunk gears up for another day of training.


It will be interesting to see his final look for the film. Directed by Karan Malhotra, this film also stars Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. It is said to be a Bollywood remake of the Hollywood release 'Warrior' and is scheduled for release in 2015.
