Sohum Shah will be seen in a completely different avatar in the upcoming film 'Tumbad'. The actor has to undergo 7 hours of prosthetic every day for his role in the film. For this he has to wake up very early so it doesn't affect the shooting schedule and work gets done on time. Even though this is a tedious task for him, he dedicatedly gives his best to get good results on-screen. After gaining about 8 kilos of weight, Sohum looks almost unrecognizable in his new avatar for 'Tumbad'.
While he played the role of a shy person in his 2013 release 'Ship of Thesus', this film will feature him in a dark and moody role. This film is geared up for release in 2015 and is expected to be high on the entertainment quotient. Sohum shared, "Tumbad has been an extremely difficult film, the prosthetic takes upto 7 hours and requires a lot of patience. I have gone through a complete physical transformation and it is very tedious".
