After receiving a lukewarm response to his latest release, 'Bombay Velvet', director Anurag Kashyap took to Facebook and wrote that he wasn't depressed by the film's performance and would continue to make films.

Anurag who has previously made several critically acclaimed films like 'DevD', 'Gangs Of Wasseypur', 'Ugly' and others further added that he is leaving the criticism of 'Bombay Velvet' behind as he looks forward to his next film and has no intention of leaving the director's chair any time soon.
He ended his note with Arnold Schwarzenegger's signature line-" I WILL BE BACK."
The period drama starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar, which hit the theatrical screens on 15th may had a poor opening at the box office and received flak from both, the critics and audience alike for its weak plot.
