Tiger Shroff is currently prepping up for Remo D'Souza's 'A Flying Jat' in which he essays the role of a superhero. We hear that to get into the skin of his character in the film, Tiger is following a strict diet and a rigorous workout regime.
The young actor is known to be a fitness-freak. He is concentrating on his diet and is following the same regime that many popular Hollywood actors have adopted for their superhero roles. In fact his nutrition consultant, Nitesh Sharma has chalked out a special diet plan for him.
To transform his body, Tiger is on a rotating carbohydrate diet and fasts for 12-16 hours every day. His calorie intake is only 1600 per day and his water intake is also being monitored.
Meanwhile Tiger will also be seen in 'Baaghi' opposite Shraddha Kapoor.
