Tribute to Amitabh Bachchan-Rishi Kapoor in Abhishek Bachchan’s ‘All Is Well’

If the reports are to be believed, actor Abhishek Bachchan is all set to groove to the iconic numbers of his megastar father Amitabh Bachchan in his upcoming movie ‘All Is Well’. The film, which sees Rishi Kapoor and Abhishek play father and son for the first time, is directed by Umesh Shukla and also stars Asin and Supriya Pathak Kapoor in the lead.

Reportedly, director Umesh Shukla and choreographer Ahmed Khan have conceived a song and dance sequence, where Abhishek Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor will be dancing to the chartbusters of 70s and 80s featuring Big B and Rishi.

While Rishi Kapoor will be dancing to his own tunes from ‘Khel Khel Mein’, ‘Bobby’, ‘Naseeb’ and ‘Hum Kisise Kum Nahi’, Abhishek will be dancing to his father’s songs from films like ‘Kaalia’, ‘Silsila’ and ‘Yaarana’.

Given that there are many songs of both Rishi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan that have created history, it is difficult for both the director and choreographer to select the numbers.

Choreographer confirmed the same to a leading website. He quoted, “We are planning something really big with Chintuji and Abhishek. It would be the kind of dance number which would pay a tribute to the chartbusters of the 1970s and 80s filmed on Chintuji and Bachchan Saab. We are in the process of selecting the songs.”

Now this one’s going to be one helluva of a number!

We can’t wait to watch it…!!!
