After the thriller 'Wazir' writer-director Bejoy Nambiar has started working on two scripts, one of which will go on floors this year.
The first film will be the Hindi remake of Mani Ratnam's Tamil action-drama 'Agni Natchathiram'. The original flick revolved around stepbrothers, Gautham and Ashok, who are warring over who's the legitimate heir since their father had two wives. The Tamil movie was a super-hit, going on to become the first Tamil grosser to complete a 200-day run at the boxoffice. It was dubbed in Telugu as 'Gharshana'.
Reportedly Bejoy's film will star Vicky Kaushal and 'Sanam Teri Kasam' actor Harshvardhan Rane as the two brothers.
Bejoy confirmed this news to a leading tabloid and was quoted as saying, "Yes, that's true, I am making this movie. The script is complete and I am planning to start the project soon. I am also working on another big film but it is too early to talk about that one. I plan to direct that after this one."
Vicky meanwhile will be next seen as a cop chasing a serial killer in Anurag Kashyap's 'Raman Raghav 2.0'.
