Watch: We go 'Dil Dhadakne Do' over this trailer

The trailer of one of the most awaited films is finally out and oh boy! we just couldn't stop raving about it.

The film is a heady cocktail of romance, drama and tears with stylish characters, exotic locations, sweeping views and grand sets forming a perfect backdrop. Ranveer Singh, as the flamboyant and reckless son, looks quite refreshing in his clean -shaven avatar. But, it is the 'jhakaas' Anil Kapoor who stole away our hearts.

'Dil Dhadakne Do' is a bittersweet story of a dysfunctional Punjabi family named the Mehras, who are on a cruise trip. Kamal (Anil Kapoor) and Neelam (Shefali Shah) go on a 10 day cruise trip to Europe, to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. Once on the ship, it is then that the ugly truth of their life stumbles out. Kamal is heading to bankruptcy and can hardly withstand his wife, Neelam. Their business savvy daughter, Ayesha (Priyanka Chopra) is sick of her marriage and wants a divorce from her husband. Their son, Kabir (Ranveer Singh), who is supposed to marry a wealthy family to save the sinking business of the Mehras, falls in love with an entertainer, Farah (Anushka Sharma). What happens next is what forms the crux of the film.
