Nawazuddin Siddiqui is hailed as one of the best actors in Bollywood. From a theatre background to doing indie movies, the Badlapur actor has come a long way.
But Nawaz had humble beginnings and there was a time he could not afford to buy a movie ticket as well. In an interview with us Nawaz said, “ There was a girl I liked a lot and she wanted to watch 'Rangeela'. But I did not have the money for it. I walked for two hours to get to the theatre and called my friend to buy the tickets on my behalf. I managed to do this with no money in my wallet”, he chuckles.
Interestingly, Nawaz in his next film 'Manjhi' is shown carving a path out of a mountain out of love for his late wife played by Radhika Apte. The film releases on 21st August
