When Vidya turned into Ekta's mother!

When Vidya turned into Ekta's mother!

We've already seen Vidya Balan donning quirky getups in Ghanchakkar, however her upcoming film 'Bobby Jasoos' seems to be another such venture. Balan is seen sporting 10-12 different looks, ranging from a postman to a pandit to a money-lender to a beggar!

One such character of hers, Makhila Kapoor bears close resemblance to Shobha Kapoor, mother of Ekta Kapoor. Spokesperson also confirmed that one of Vidya's disguises is of a TV producer. She will be seen groomed in similar looking saris, accessories and even correspond the weight of that of Shobha Kapoor's. After trying as many as 122 disguises, 10-12 were narrowed down for the film.

Produced by Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha, the movie is a tribute to the popular Indian detective Karamchand from the popular 1980's TV series.

Directed by Samar Shaikh, the film also stars Ali Fazal, Arjan Bajwa, Anupriya, Kiran Kumar, Supriya Pathak, Tanvi Azmi, Aakash Dahiya and Rajender Gupta amongst others.
