Hrithik Roshan who underwent surgery after sustaining injuries from the 'Bang Bang!' shoot in Phuket, is injured again. This time Hrithik suffered from a shoulder injury during a workout session in the gym. The actor is advised six weeks of complete rest from his physician to recover from this and so the shoot of 'Mohenjo Daro' has been postponed.
Director Ashutosh Gowariker immediately agreed to this as Hrithik was required to do action sequences and filming with an injured shoulder would only cause further problems. Owing to this, the release of the film which was earlier scheduled for November 2015 has been postponed to January 2016.
'Mohenjo Daro' is all set to be a film with elements of romance and adventure which takes us back to the times of the Indus Valley civilization. This film stars newcomer Pooja Hegde who will play Hrithik's love interest in the film. A major part of the filming is set to happen in South Africa. This film will be distributed under the banner of Ashutosh Gowariker Productions and Disney India.
