Vidyut Jammwal who made his Bollywood debut as an antagonist in John Abraham's 'Force' and later starred in 'Commando' is all set to go the remake way.
Buzz is that the actor has been roped in to star in the Hindi remake of the hit Tamil film 'Paiyaa' which will be directed by N Lingusamy who made his directorial debut with Mammootty starrer 'Aanandham'. 'Paiyaa' follows the journey of a jobless man and a woman who requests him to drive her to Mumbai. Things go haywire when the leading lady gets kidnapped by a group of gangsters.
A Mumbai Mirror report quoted a source as saying, "Lingusamy and Vidyut got along really well while working on the director's last Tamil film 'Anjaan'.
We hear that the makers are looking out for their leading lady. Currently Vidyut is busy filming the last schedule of Tigmanshu Dhulia's 'Yaara'.
